During registration on pgatoto, you provide a username, email address, password, mobile phone number, and confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction. Each method has its own minimum and maximum limits set by the payment provider. Digital wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) typically process deposits within minutes. Bank transfers from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment settle within one business day. We do not charge deposit fees. Choose your preferred method during the deposit step, and the system will show you the current limits for that method. Withdrawal requests on pgatoto are reviewed within a documented timeframe that depends on your account status and the payment method you choose. Withdrawals to digital wallets (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically process faster than bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Bank transfers may take one to two business days. During holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek, processing may be delayed due to banking schedules. Once your withdrawal is approved and transferred to your payment method, our obligation is complete — any further delay is the responsibility of your bank or payment provider. If you have a promotion code for pgatoto, you can enter it during the deposit step or in your account settings under "Promotions" or "Bonus Codes." The exact location depends on whether you are using the Android app, iOS browser, or desktop. After you enter a valid code, the promotion is applied to your account and any bonus or offer is credited to your balance.
